A framework for breathing monitoring tool using Eulerian Video Magnification

Monitoring the health status of patients in a real-time or near real-time basis became a necessity in hospitals and intensive care units (ICUs). This research aims to define and implement a solution for breathing and pulse monitoring using the Eulerian Video Magnification (EVM) for motion magnification. The solution has to be implemented as an online service for real-time or near real-time monitoring of patients. The full design of the tool together with the workflow starting from the state of the art, requirement specification, design, to the implementation and testing should be well-defined.
