Manual medical data collection using data forms is a challenging task especially when dealing with many patients. The main aim of this research is to create and test the next version of the cross-platform application for medical data collection and storage. The application needs to store the data in a specified data format (JSON) in order to enable further data analysis. This research aims to create a cross-platform application which enables users to store their own data and/or their patient’s data. The full design of the software together with the workflow starting from the state of the art, requirement specification, design, to the implementation and testing should be well-defined.
