Enrollment information
Please bring the following documents with you:
- passport proving identity (e.g. driver’s license in card format),
- original copies and photocopies of all documents submitted during the admission procedure (leaving certificate, diploma, language test certificate, expert opinion in the case of disabled students)
- 1 ID photo,
- residential address card, TAJ card, bank account number and tax identification number.

Registration week: from 31. August 2026 to 04. September 2026
Planned programme
Detailed information about the registration programme will be published soon. During Registration Week, you will take part in lectures and practical sessions that are essential for a successful start to your studies.
Topics will include:
- how to use the Neptun study system,
- the courses and requirements of your study programme,
- the most important academic regulations,
- practical information about university life.
In addition, we will organise a variety of social and community activities to help you get to know the university, your lecturers, and your fellow students in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Credit transfer
Based on previous higher education studies, students may submit a Credit Transfer Request once during their programme, at the beginning of their studies.
Requests must be submitted through the Neptun system by submitting Request No. 74 no later than Monday of registration week, 31 August 2026.
Please attach the following documents to your request:
- the official course descriptions (syllabi) for all courses included in the request, and
- an official transcript or other certified academic record confirming the successful completion of the courses.
Leave of absence semester
If you wish to postpone the start of your studies until the following academic year, you must submit a Leave of absence request through the Neptun system by the first day of Registration Week (31. August 2026).
The request can be submitted after completing your online enrolment.
Equal opportunities
We kindly ask students with physical, sensory, or speech disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or other psychological developmental or behavioural regulation disorders to submit Request No. 60 through the Neptun request management system in order to apply for state support.
