What is a hackathon?
It’s an intense three-day innovation marathon where teams tackle real-world cybersecurity challenges, from IoT vulnerabilities to AI-driven attacks and critical infrastructure protection. Bring your ideas, build prototypes, and present your solutions to an expert jury.
How can you participate?
Join individually and we’ll place you in a diverse team or register with your own team. We look for a mix of skills: technical expertise (programming, AI, cybersecurity), strategic thinking (project management, business planning), and creative vision (design, communication).
What to expect:
- Hybrid participation: attend on-site in Budapest or join online;
- Intense and very dynamic experience: three days of brainstorming, developing, and pitching;
- Teams will be working on developing their ideas throughout the entire event – even late into the night;
- Mentor support: get guidance from industry experts;
- Networking: connect with international students, professionals, and future colleagues;
